Is the layout really free?
Yes. Sending your floor plan and receiving a furniture layout costs nothing, and there is no obligation afterwards. You only pay if you decide to order.
What if I do not have a proper floor plan?
A hand-drawn sketch with measurements works. Walk the room, note the wall lengths, mark the doors and windows, photograph it and upload that. If you are unsure, send photos and we will tell you what else we need.
How soon will someone contact me?
An architect reviews every request and contacts you within 24 to 48 working hours on WhatsApp, phone or email — whichever you prefer.
Can you design something that is not in your catalogue?
Yes. If nothing in the collection fits your space, we develop a custom piece and produce it through our manufacturing partners once you approve the design, dimensions and materials.
